Spring plowing in 2024 is coming. In order to ensure Beidou terminal data collection during the operation season, Unmanned Driving System users and friends are asked to check the terminal equipment by themselves.
First,Tractor Autopilot Navigation check the fixation and connection of each wire harness to ensure that it is reasonably regulated and does not affect the operation. Then drive the agricultural machine to an open location, turn it on after all the equipment is connected,Gps Autopilot and check the contents:
1. Press the F2 key to see if the camera is clear and unobstructed.
2. Check whether the network and positioning signals in the upper right corner of the terminal screen are normal.
3. Whether there are various abnormalities on the terminal screen.
1. **GNSS antenna**: Usually installed on the roof of the tractor to receive positioning signals from satellites.
2. **Radio or 3G/GPRS module**: Fixed outside the vehicle to receive differential signals from the reference station to improve positioning accuracy.
3. **ECU (Electronic Control Unit)**: Receives positioning information from the mobile station through the RS232 interface, and senses the swing and direction during driving in combination with angle sensors, gyroscopes, etc.
4. **Data processing**: ECU processes the received data and generates control signals.
5. **Hydraulic controller**: Receives control signals from the ECU, controls the valve switch, and then controls the steering mechanism of the tractor.
6. **Display device**: Displays relevant graphical information such as driving trajectory, operation status, etc. on a tablet computer through WIFI or wired network.
